# BadgeBox · The AI agents

> Seven agents that watch one thing each and carry it forward in your place: uncovered days, requests nobody answered, receipts that don’t add up, the month to close. They write to the person who knows, read the answer and fix what they can. A decision is never theirs.

AI agents

## Your HR colleague, always available

One agent went through the days of forty-three people, wrote to whoever had forgotten to clock in, read the answers and fixed what it could fix. It is the work you would have done yourself: what is left is a decision, and you find it ready for you.

It is not a reminder

## It asks, reads the answer, and sorts it out.

A reminder tells you there is a problem. An agent writes to the person who can explain it, reads what they answer and writes the correction in their place. What follows is a real exchange, in the words it actually uses.

### It writes to the person who knows

Not to a manager: to the person who was there that day. In their own language, and without telling anybody off.

### It reads what comes back

Times, a break, an activity, “I was on leave”. If an answer is half there, it applies the part that is there and asks for the rest in the same exchange — it does not guess.

### It writes in their place

The correction is Marco’s: his signature, his permissions. If the company does not let him correct his own days, that same correction goes to whoever can confirm it.

Clock-in check

Hi Marco, on Thursday 24 there is no clock-in and no approved absence. The shift you were down for was 08:00 – 17:00. How did it go?

I was on the Monza site, I got in at 7 and left at 6. Break from one to two.

Scheduled plans

## When you already know what has to happen, you can simply schedule it.

A scheduled plan lets you tell BadgeBox what to do, when to do it and under which conditions.

You can describe it in words, as if you were explaining a task to a person. BadgeBox turns those instructions into an automatic process that runs by the rules you have set.

A scheduled plan takes no new decisions: it carries out the ones you have already made.

It can, for example:

check a given situation every morning;

send a message when a certain condition occurs;

create an activity or a request;

run a procedure at a given time;

repeat a process automatically every day, week or month.

The program is yours: you decide what it has to do, under which conditions and with which permissions it may do it.

You can try it first, see what it would have done and check that it behaves as you expect. Only when you are sure do you switch it on.

Setting one up is simple

You describe it

You try it

You check it

You switch it on

Once it is on, it does exactly what you asked, every time the conditions you set are met.
